Overrated and disappointing

They have a serious mosquito infestation problem. Our patches were useless against the lethal mosquitoes. One would have expected the hotel to take better measures given the rainy season, but no. On the bright side, staff performance was on the whole warm and friendly except for one exceedingly rude and surly chamber maid. And the hot/cold water mixer in the bathroom needs to be fixed/improved.
