Perfect for families - good for solo traveler

This hotel is close to paradise. Location is great, because it is close to Silver Beach and quite close to Chaweng. The hotel is best for families and couples. I was a solo traveler, and I was the only one.
Staff is friendly, pools are nice, food is good and the room is clean. Could not wish for anything else.

Our stay was spoilt by the poor air-conditioning
The chalets are very run down and are in need of a complete refurbish especially the air conditioning systems we stayed in 2 different bungalows and both had very poor old air conditioning systems

you can find better location and price
the staff is not really involved, not helpful, everything is standard, except fot the good massage and pool, Its far and the taxi drivers abuse on prices.

Nice, quiet location, 15 min drive to 'the strip'
Overal it was good, the breakfast was fine, the chalet was cozy and romantic. Transport to the bars was ok and the rooms were pretty clean. Thestaff could be a little friendlier.
