Beautiful location with fantastic views, good breakfast, lovely pools.

Pros, fantastic views lovely clean hotel, great staff, especially Dodo! Cons, terrible internet connection, shower running either extremely hot or very cold. Food good value and good quality until the service charge and tax is added! Bar expensive outside of happy hour. The hotel is situated between Lamai and Chaweng, these can only be reached by public transport or taxi thus adding further expense to the holiday. It's a shame the hotel doesn't run a shuttle service.

Good hotel
Nice hotel, good staff good service. Only the price of the drinks is off the market price. Good access to nice ‘private’ beach

Our stay was spoilt by the poor air-conditioning
The chalets are very run down and are in need of a complete refurbish especially the air conditioning systems we stayed in 2 different bungalows and both had very poor old air conditioning systems
