A great mixed bag

The main building is getting a bit old and it is starting to show, however the rooms were nice and quite clean even if we spent our week there at the end of the season during songkram festive. The 'garden buildings' are more like motel rooms and some are quite far away from the entrance as well as the hotel restaurant. Staff was very helpful, polite and friendly as most Thais usually are in my experience. Breakfast was excellent, as the buffet breakfast is in most Thai hotels and had enough variety between the days. As our stay was pretty much at the end of season the hotel was about half full, so there were enough sunbeds for those wanting one, two nice pools and constant happy hour swapping between the two bars. Sun sets behind the main building about an hour before actual sunset. The hotel management had booked the rooms so that most rooms had empty rooms next to them as well as above them.
