Reception could have been 99% better at check-in

The agency we booked through forwarded the booking onto another party (unbeknowing to us) who sent the confirmation through to the Resort with the incorrect Room. It was very hot, my parter was very sick. I refused to pay the extra amount for the same room we had confirmation for. One and a half hours we sat in the heat, my parter getting more and more sick by the minute, they eventually sorted it out with the agency I originally booked through and we were given the room we had paid for. This was unacceptable and I felt we were treated differently during our stay which I was not happy about.
