Very Good, but...

I am mostly satisfied. But Agoda says that my package include airport transfer. I sent message via Agoda to check this and at the same time I sent e-mail to them via their own web-site, but no reply till I arrive Phuket airport and we took a taxi from the airport to the hotel...
