Nice hotel in one of the better locations in Karon

booked the pool access room and was given a room (room 4015 i think) at the lower floor which leads to a small pool where the children usually hang out and is only 0.9m. there is practically no view and it was noisy hence we requested for a change of room. it was only much pestering that we got a change to the upper floor where the pool is much better. the hotel really should not treat the 2 rooms at the lower floor as the standard pool access rooms as they only lead to a small pool and not the main pool. otherwise, the stay at the hotel is very pleasant with good food nearby.
tip: they do not offer free later check-out even if there are vacancies. 500baht for a 3hour extension.

lovely hotel great service
