Nice pool, location not the best
We stayed here for 7 days, the hotel was nice overall, but would not stay here again. We got the room with pool access. The first room we had was very old looking inside and had a bad smell. The fridge didn't work properly, it didn't keep our drinks cold and the air conditioner didn't cool the room. I told the front desk and they sent a repair man to fix the a/c. He was not able to fix it but told us he did. After asking for a new room 3 times they finally gave us a new room also with pool access. This room was cleaner, the a/c worked, fridge didn't. I don't understand why they gave us the crappy room. first? The rooms with pool access are right at the back of the resort. So we had to walk up a steep ramp at entry of hotel then walk up another incline about 100 meters, then 2 sets of stairs then about another 50m to get to our room. With 2 young kids it was very hard to go anywhere outside the hotel because of this. We sort of felt trapped in the resort because of this access.
