As a budget hotel it was great

The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was very reasonable but the room was not near the swimming pool which was a small inconvenience. The hotel is an older style but the location of the hotel is terrific as it is in between Karon and Kata beaches and in the heart of the shopping and eating district.
