A really really lovely and romantic hotel ...

Khao Lak was booked out when we were forced to choose Haadson and we are greatful that we did. Laem, a reception staff, is always smiling, speaks excellent English and makes you feel that 'impossible is nothing'.

The breakfast spread offers an unexceptional variety but the quality is excellent! I overheard guests mentioning they were vegetarians, and the staff offerred to prepare something extra apart from the buffet although there are enough vegetarian options from the breakfast buffet.

The beach, on the days we stayed, were very mild, highly suitable for young children.

The resort is a little remote though, without a car, one might has to compromise with the hotel shuttle or pay extra for transport.

The three local restaurants on the beach offer excellent sunset dining and very fresh seafood.
