Room for improvement

Initially we were underwhelmed with the customer service of this hotel compared with other places we have stayed and lack of morale. The restaurant lacks any type of urgency except for the Swedish(?) woman. She was impressive and had a professionalism that will hopefully rub off on the others in time. The pool was fine but a lack of pool towels even during low season was inconvenient. The place needs a few licks of paint and some TLC. Gym was in top nick. Overall, for the $$ they need to up their game.
