Housekeeping and FO services is very poor

When we were check out, our luggage were carried by ourselves.
Happy coat is dirty and bad smell.
Towels are soil and not change day by day. Wifi not free. We requested twin room but they assigned double room. Slippers are using recycle

Great and nice family hotel!
Nice family resort, Staff managed to upgrade our room to a 1-bedroom suite on the 3rd floor as bit hard to climb with my young kids, but big n pool view. Great breakfast, and some activity on swimming... อ่านต่อ

great family style hotel!
