I had a bad experience about their lift facilities.

I had a bad experience about their lift facilities. I had to climb lot's of stairs multiple times in a day due to this. they were renovating their hotel that time. I was expecting they will compensate me for this. but no positive response from them. Even they didn't apologized for this.
