Pleasant hotel, good room, friendly staff

i like the room which was large and had all the features i would expect from a 3/4 star hotel. the staff were friendly and tried to be helpful. their english was not so good but i managed. my thai is terrible. the hotel is very close to the beach and all facilities in karon. many shops, bars, restaurants, taxis etc are within the immediate vicinity but you are not disturbed by noise in the rooms. the swimming pool and gym were ok and there was a pleasant bar area. i did not use the dining facilities but they seemed pleasant and popular.

karon is a fairly quiet resort certainly good for families.
