Quaint and cozy

Really enjoyed my stay. Room spotless, and I fell in love with the kitschy thai-style decor after a couple of days. It was nice and quiet at night though plenty of screaming kids around during the day. Staff are excellent, smiling, friendly and front desk ladies speak excellent English. Breakfast buffet is good, but nobody seems to lunch in the restaurant. I ate alone there one day and the food was good, but outside restaurants are better value. Airport transfer was delivered as promised. I booked two nights through Agoda and ended up staying three more for the same price. While the spa is hideously expensive, there's an excellent massage place right out the front at 20% of the price.
All in all, I can't think of much wrong with this place.

Hotel staffs are very polite and willing to help.
My stay was good. The staffs are helpful in giving me the directions of where to go and recommend me some of the good Thai restaurant outside the hotel.
