It would have been nice to stay where we booked

We arrived at this hotel only to find that there had been "issues" with out room and we had been moved down the other end of the beach to another hotel. The second hotel was nice, however we found out later that it was about $50 - $60 cheaper a night at the time we booked. This was disappointing as we had paid extra as the Karon Sea Sands Resort had good reviews and due to its location.

Good location for beach and restaurants

Not great

Great small resort for a couple but NOT friends.
english only spoken by a few staff. difficult to get things changed + long time before things done & difficult to be understood. hard beds + on a platform so not able to be pulled apart into 2 sing... อ่านต่อ
