Would recommend this place for a family or couple

The facility is not new, but everything was working properly. Once the aircon started working noisily, I called the reception and in about 5 minutes a tech guy showed up and promptly fixed the problem. The location is great for Karon, it is very close to the beach and in a very good area with lots of shops and cafes. The breakfast was good too, maybe not plenty of options but they change them everyday and you don't get tired because of the same choice. I would stay at this hotel again. My big thank you to the staff.
