A Delightful Stay

I have been a frequent visitor to Thailand for over 25 years and have sampled almost every resort area. Merlin was one of the best, comparing very favorably to the more expensive Anantara in Hua Hien, whose layout it resembles. The hotel is very well managed. This is reflected in their dining facilities. At every meal the restaurant manager was on site monitoring and supervising, and the chef as well, checking that the buffet platters were full and well presented. I was very impressed.
