Hotel and pool was nice, staff was bad

The hotel is a bit old, but it is still nice. The room is quite big.

The hotel is far from the center, and they have a shuttle bus that you have to pay extra for.

Is was very nice to relax at the pool. And the hotel had a private beach.

The reception staff was very rude, and we all (in total 4 people) wondered about their bad behaviour. Otherwise the staff was good, it was only the ladies at the reception who seemed arrogant and maybe they just did not like their job.

We can recommend this hotel if you are looking for a relaxed stay in Khao Lak, and if you are okay with the fact that there is not so much going on here (khao lak is quite small, and maybe best for families).

A quiet escape
