Solid 3-star hotel on the beach

This hotel has a high rating on Agoda, I mostly agree, but I wish to have a better room for money paid (it's expensive in a high season).
The classic room is a standard 3-star thai room with a noisy a/c and poor decoration, the bed is harder than usual and the pillow is a cheap synthetic one.
Over than that, the hotel is very good, the breakfast is great for 3 stars, the food is really cheap if you use the restaraunts nearby, the nature is a miracle, the beach is good. The water is not so clean as Phuket's best beaches though.
Please keep in mind that there is nothing in a walking distance except 2 street cafes, and the shuttle is so not cheap for everyday ride.
For myself I prefer Andamania hotel, which is cheaper and has much better rooms.
