Great hotel

Stayed here for a week. Staff was helpful and always had a smile. The AC worked well, laundry done quickly (even though at a bit overpriced - $1 for a thong), quick walk to Fisherman Village and a convenience store.
The one hiccup I had was trying to get a mani and pedi one morning. After signing up on the board at the spa an hour before opening and showing up on time, no one was at the room. The gentleman at the Guest Services desk didn’t seem to care mentioning they “might be eating” and went off looking for them. We explained the urgency (a wedding) and again didn’t register with him. 20 min later, I was informed by the spa attendants no one could do it and they’ve had to call someone. I was on a tight timeline so couldn’t wait. Seriously if a spa offers a service, people should be trained and staffed in those areas not just massage.
