Nice budget option
The staff are the highlight of this hotel. All are super friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, felt like a studio apartment. The room was cleaned every day (not just bed made and towels changed, but vacuumed, dishes done, everything). Shower had some mould, but that's very common in Bangkok. Room was a little dark because of high buildings around, but we went out each day, so no big issue for us. Close to Nana and Asoke station, but in a family friendly area. The disappointing aspects of the facilities were, breakfast, shuttle and pool. We've stayed at 2 other hotels in Bangkok. We've grown accustomed to made-to-order omelettes and bacon in the buffet. None of that here. The pool furniture is not comfortable, very old and often dirty. Many other hotels offer a tuk-tuk style shuttle to run you up to the main road. This hotel only had a big van, that wasn't often available. Having said all that it was about $20-30 AUD per night cheaper than the other 2, so a good budget option.
