Good family stay with fanstastic accessibility
We booked a family suite that came with two bedrooms, each with its own master bed & enquire bathroom. The aircond, water heater worked perfectly, with FOC WiFi, much to the delights of my older kids. The bed n pillows are great to sleep on, as such we had a good rest in the 4 nights rest. Hotel provides one-way shuttle every 30mins to Terminal 21 Mall, but doesn’t bring you back from the mall. Walking to Terminal 21 is about 8 to 10mins, and the mall has a BTS station, so this hotel scores high for transport ease and convenience. Don’t take the touristy taxi package that the concierge offers you which can cost almost USD150 per vehicle for 8 hrs. We just tell them to get a 7 seater taxi for us, costs only USD65 per 8 hrs to take us to places of interest to us. Avoid all tuk tuk if you hate haggling and scammers in general. Wouldn’t advise you take the hotel breakfast package too as selection is poor. BKK is food paradise. In mall you find great cafe too.
