Royal president

I always stay in this hotel when i come to Bangkok. It is central to everything i need to travel around the city, but as always, i will say yet AGAIN !, this hotel is tired, and could do with a room by room make over, the carpets in the corridors and old, worn and stained, some of the showers in the rooms are barely working, wallpaper in the rooms need replacing, woodwork needs a lick of paint, i would not give this hotel a 4 star rating, because it does not meet the requirments of a 4 star hotel, more like a 2.5 to 3 star hotel, i say that simply because it needs a complete make over, please do not get me wrong, the staff are excellent, the food is really good, i will never complain about that side of things, it's just the hotel is tired, and NEEDS a MAKEOVER !.

Spacious. value for money. clean.
