Rooms need to refurbish

This was my 2nd time staying in this hotel after 3 years. The room is a bit run down especially an old cassette player still keeping in the room.
I think is time to refurbish the rooms if want to keep the regular customers to come back.
The location is perfect to me, it's in between Asoke & Nana BTS.

Great place to stay.
