Not for Families

If you're going with a family beware. They'll slug you for an extra room even though you could fit an extra head in there easily. Unfair. I had to book an additional room, and I told them I can't leave my children in a separate room unsupervised. We kept them with us anyway, and spent on an additional room. No flexibility at all. Very sad. Left after one night.

Careful to choose this hotel! Very bad experience

The Old Phuket
The hotel itself is great. Very clean and quiet. If you want to relax, this is the place to be. Surrounding is very serene. Nice staff, very friendly.
