Perfect Rating

Staff are very friendly and accommodating especially the Filipino staff. The room is huge and the amenities are great. I requested for a surprise petals or balloons for my husband, but they didn't manage to do but they upgraded our room. I have only one not so negative comment rather something for improvement - The smell of the room when we arrived late at night. It was an old smell but i think this can be improved by investing in a room spray or something. Other than that, we've had the best stay in Phuket :) Will still definitely go back to Chenalai with my kids now that I know its a family friendly hotel :)

Good hotel with great location.

Good hotel at the appropriate price

The location of this hotel is great. Just across the road and a small walk to the beach.
