Great location, excellent pool

Really great hotel, less than 5 minute walk from Kata Beach with good facilities. The pool was amazing, perfect temperature and most of the time we were able to get a sunbed. The staff were very attentive, there was a lovely lady called Nicole who would ask us every day if there was anything she could do. Breakfast was really good and catered for all tastes (egg station, pastries, fruit, noodles & curry), just watch out for the cheeky birds if you leave your food unattended. Just a short walk and you have plenty of cheap places to get a massage, really nice restaurants, mini marts & souvenir shops. The one negative was that the taxi service to the airport was a lot more expensive than if you get a local cab and although we did book a free transfer to the hotel through Agoda we did not get picked up and never got told we had to confirm with the hotel. To be honest though that was a minor thing as the hotel was really great.
