Great Hotel

Really great hotel, with super friendly staff. From the breakfast, to the rooms and the gym, all were amazing. I can make one small suggestion to anyone who struggles with stairs, you may consider one of their sister resorts (Chanalai Flora, or Chanalai Romantica) more to your preference, as Chanalai has quite a number of stairs if you have an ocean room. Still an awesome resort. Thanks for making our stay really great :)
