Disappointing

Hotel location is superb , on the face of it hotel looks good but cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired even in these difficult times. Obviously reduced staff to much as Coffee served in paper cups from a vending machine. Asked to clear your own tables after breakfast, where am I McDonald's? No plug or hot water in the sink taps , how is a man expected to shave? I asked that question to reception and got a nervous giggle as a reply. Internet only works in the room , TV has very limited channels. Bathrooms and room furniture very musty and dated. Location is the only thing going for this place sort from the wonderful garden.

Okay hotel

Nice Location, Friendly Staff, Large Room

Lovely hotel overlooking mekong river
Nice quiet hotel and can walk along the waterfront to town if needed. Some good restaurants nearby, and the hotel breakfast was not bad and included in the room price. Would stay here again if I'm in ... อ่านต่อ
