unpleasent hotel to stay, just looks good from the outside

Stayed in room #12 for 2 nights. The worst room I've ever stayed at any hotels. First time walked into the room, smells really bad and very moisty. Balcony was dirty. Furniture inside the room was old. Hard bed, tough to sleep in. Curtains all dusty. Air condition smell every time I turned it on and very dusty. Looks like they haven't clean it for years. Felt suffocated. Was so happy to leave this hotel. Highly recommand not to stay at this hotel especially this room! Breakfast was very limited and hot dogs and ham were served cold.

Lovely small details
Pros: lovely property rooms facilities many special touches Cons: do not stay in rm 37. It has a view into alley and home with young children it is loud and not private.

Don't stay
This place looks nice. However they wouldn't put extra bed for kid in room even though I booked for 3. I had to upgrade at a cost of 1050 baht extra. Then of check out they tried doubling my bar bill.... อ่านต่อ

Hidden Gem!
The mixture of true beach front, great swimming pool, relaxing facilities, and proximity to snorkeling make this our dream vacation resort. This was our second visit, and we will be back for sure!
