Beautiful location but limited service

Our room was quite far to get to and two stairs up. We could have used help with the luggage but none provided. The second day, the room was not cleaned. We called multiple times, nobody answered. But there was someone at the reception. We were told the staff would not work on that day .... ?? But we saw staff cleaning other rooms. Very strange place with no service. Breakfast buffet is not refilled, so you have to come early. Nice pool though and beautiful beach.

Place getting old. Gardens not well maintained. Breakfast buffet good. But restaurant bar not cheap
Position good but dog's on beach a menace. Bathroom not smell fresh. Pool good.

The room is tidy but the bathroom ventilation is poor. I got bad smell of waste water in bathroom
And drainpipe is not flow. I love swimming pool. The staffs are warm welcome and good assistance.
