horrible hotel and hostile staff

hostile staff who demanded that we pay the full hotel bill even though we said we've just been traveling the whole day and please give us 10mins after we check in to open our luggage in private and count the correct money.
gave us the top steepest hill villa and a single bed for a baby cot even though they promised a baby cot and nearest room for my elderly parents.
when we asked where is the third bathroom, he pointed at the toilet bidet and said 'can shower'
bugs everywhere. 100s of dead moths in the pool.
stains and dead insects and big spiders in the bathtubs.
we didnt stay in the hotel in the end. instead paying more for a last minute replacement and they still insisted on charging us even tho the hotel was unliveable.
greedyand unscrupulous hotel staff.

Worth your money
Right by Kantiang Bay! We booked the 2 bedroom villas with a view of the sea and it was definitely worth the extra money. The view was exceptional, and the staff was extremely helpful!

Nice pool
This is a good choice if you are looking for a unit with two or more bedrooms. It also has a nice pool.

Very pleasant stay
We had very pleasant stays there. The staff is very friendly. It will be perfect if they can add an air-con in the living room.
