Unhelpful staff

The staff was overall unhelpful. The front desk staff wouldn't even get out of their chairs to show us where to go to get to our rooms. They were reluctant to give us a second key card. The website advertises airport transportation, however, they say that they don't do that. They told us to just get a taxi. We asked for our room to be cleaned one afternoon at 3:45 . When we came back at 6:00 it was still untouched. We went again to the front desk to ask for our room to be cleaned and finally got it cleaned that evening. Overall the staff was unhelpful. The location was good and the breakfast was great every morning.

Everything is ok but the cleanliness of room need to improve

Pool access room
The room is good, but not clean enough, and the lounge chair outside balcony were spoiled. 7-11 opening soon just right infront of the hotel. Breakfast not much choice, food finish and no refill

Still a great place
This was our 4th visit to this hotel and it did not disappoint us, a very neat hotel, good staff, well maintained rooms, great pool and a fabulous breakfast, we will be back.
