The good thing about this accommodation is the location is very near to potong beach and we choose one with pool access and that’s it. The downside is there is no toothbrush and toothpaste provided and when we call the reception to ask they did not know what are we talking about. No one in the reviews did not tell us that there were no toothbrush and toothpaste and we were caught off handed as it was an hotel we naturally thought that it would be provided. I would considered a small hotel and I reckon that the staff were at least be informed of the customers they have. I did not ask for room cleaning service for 5 days and there was no one in the reception who make an effort to recognized us and ask us whether we needed water refills or not. It was a bit disappointing. The service staff at the reception is poorly educated whereas I felt that the cleaning staff service is so much better. Customers were also allowed to smoke in the walkway which I think is quite inconsiderate.
