Perfect place for the end of our holiday

We really have no idea why other travelers mentioned unfriendly staff, because everybody went out of their way to accommodate us - from the super friendly ladies at reception, over the Portier who brought us extra water (and a ton full of water for Songkran) to the security guard, who stopped cars so we could cross the road (if necessary). Breakfast is good, they even had real (!) cheese. Nice restaurants (=huts) behind the hotel with fresh fish and all kinds of shellfish for a more than reasonable price. 3 minutes to the beach (though there are probably better beaches in Phuket than Patong). Pool is well cared for, roomservice might come late in the day, but they always come and brush up your place (+ free water and new towels). Shops, small markets and massage places nearby. If you go to Patong, this is a really good option, you definitely get your money's worth and more.

Nice stay at this hotel
This is a close to perfect hotel. I booked the pool access room and it's really worth the money. Had a big bed with a big washroom. The bathtub and shower area is superb. Just the heater is not workin... อ่านต่อ
