Stay Elsewhere if you can

Booked 7 rooms for family trip... Old and worn out hotel and past its prime even if rated 3 stars Aircon malfunctions, hot water heater system not working, wifi is charged except in Lobby area.. Old TV in rooms...bathroom shower outlet stuck and flooding in the bath shower area... Although reported nothing was done for 4 days ... Bungalow rooms close to main road and very noisy during the day... For the prices we paid we could have gone elsewhere .. This is one of my worst experiences in Thailand. Never Andaman Lanta again... I am a frequent traveller to thailand

'Standard' rooms are not hygienic; Location is OK.
