disappointed
I've been traveling for a long time all over the world. I was so excited to check out costa Lanta, being I'm into design and architecture. when I arrived there, it was me and another couple there that was all. I came with friends and they coudnt even hang out with me on the premises. they would have to pay to use the pool. I was entitled to a guest. I didn't even bother to say anything. I was expecting this spectacular place and hut. I couldn't hang out in the room no windows and tons of bugs. its not a practical or functional place its more about architecture and design. really just turn the compound into a museum. I don't recommend people with any disabilities. the step is very steep room very small I couldn't walk around the bed. no room for luggage, and very dark in there, and must keep bathroom door close, if not bugs and gecko"s come in. they still got in. I then asked for print out of e-ticket and was charged a fee. appalling!!!!alison the manager was spectacular. she was all I saw worth in the whole resort. food was whatever. overall disappointed! not worth the money one bit.
