Great hotel!

The hotel itself is very beautiful and well maintained. The staff at the reception spoke good english, however the rest of the staff appeared to be indigenous to the island and communication was difficult (no affect on our rating, just an fyi). We stayed in a garden view room and it was still a beautiful and relaxing space.
The one major downside is that they close their pool very early (i believe at 7) and it’s not like there location has a beautiful beach, quite the contrary — during our stay the beach was very hard and rocky while being surrounded by all the dead coral. It would have been nice to be able to enjoy the pool until at least 10pm as the weather was in the 100s and VERY humid. The restaurant was very delicious, but the quality of the food received from ordering room service was not! It was disappointing. The hotel charges 150B EACH person , EACH way - this was not communicated clearly to us.

Fantastic hotel and personnel but complicated location
The location es complicated so taxis charge higher amounts to take you there. Also a lot of steps to go from one place or another no inside the hotel (from restaurant to room or reception for example)... อ่านต่อ
