Adults-STAY HERE! Great value for the money. Beautiful, lovely, wonderful place with amazing views. Spectacular bungalows, walkways through immaculate, spectacular gardens, awesome restaurant and lounge area on Chalok Bay. The staff is lovely and can speak many languages well. If you are looking for a honeymoon location-the pool villas are mind blowing. truly beautiful. I was so surprised by this place because the price is very reasonable and for what you get-you will be extremely pleased. Most people would see the bungalows on the cliff and ask about them. I brought many people back for a tour. And many people in the town were moving up here on the cliff for the beauty of the place. Seriously, the town bungalows were the same price and not on the same level as this place at all. I hope the price stays the same!! Doubt it though. Caveats: no hot water, AC, the beach is just okay-rocky. The walk into town can be tricky at high tides. You will need a pick up from the pier by the Resort,(100 baht each way)-this is an interesting ride. HILLY. no way you can walk-need a Sherpa or a billy goat. But if you are looking for quiet time, peace, and startling beautiful place. stay here. Also has a nice view point with a garden to watch the sea and sunset. Stayed in the sea villas-overlooking Chalok Bay(which is the nicest and not overdone Bay ) i recommend these. Snorkeling just below the villas or walk over to Freedom beach on the opposite side of the bay, swimming there too. also quick walk to Suwon view point, great view. kayak over to Shark bay. bigger beach. Sharks! at 3-5 pm. Eat at the restaurant "expensive" for Thai prices-but not really 7-10$ gets you great food. crabmeat tacos, sweet potato pancakes, homemade granola with coconut yogurt. the shakes were great too.
