We're neutral about this place. Not the best nor the worst
We spent 2 nights here.
The front desk staff was kind, but nothing out of the ordinary. Our rooms were clean, and overall our stay was ok.
I've now realized you can judge the quality of a hotel by the toiletries in the bathroom. This place used the "cheaper" method of using bath gel and shampoo dispensers inside the shower. They did include small bars of soap (other hotels don't either).
The included breakfast was 4/5. Not amazing, but pretty good. YET, the restaurant staff all deserve a 1/5 stars. Out of the 3 meals we had there, the staff never actually did anything except check our "ticket" that we had breakfast included. There were 3 people in the restaurant, and none of them gave any service. They were either on their phone, or just sitting doing nothing. Literally. They didn't even bother to serve us coffee (we couldn't do it ourselves, but we had to). I literally took the coffee pot from the coffee station all the way to my table (the cups were on the table) all 3 meals.
