Terrible costumer service. Had to cancel and no money back.

We tried multiple times to cancel our reservation due to the flooding and death toll of over 35 people.. there were warnings not to travel to these areas. The resort refused to give us our money back even though these circumstances were out of our control. We lost hundreds of dollars (Canadian). Very unimpressed with their costumer service and extremely unhappy that we were not refunded anything.
