Worst experience ever !

Had $250 stolen from my room. Hotel manager says this never happened before. House keeper denying everything. Read about other people reporting money/belongings stolen in this hotel too. Manager's attitude was the worst, didn't try to do anything about it and just told me to go to the police, which is exactly what I did. Keep your belongings locked in your suitcase, don't trust the maids here, not even the safe box in the room is to be trusted as other people had their money stolen from the safe box too.

Right in the middle of Chaweng
Central Festival is directly opposite at the street end of the resort, with the pool and beach at the other end. The units are set in a well established garden setting adding to the enjoyment.
