Bad services
I stayed at this hotel during 21-24 April. I am not happy with their services. I have showed the tag to make up my room (green color) since early morning(8.37 am). Also I was very sure that I showed the correct one. I came to the room in the evening about 5.30pm but nobody came to my room to make it up and it did not have any new water bottles in the fridge . Then a few minute , the housekeeper knocked on the door to ask me in order to clean it up. But I thought that it was not the appropriate time to do it. I said it's too late. I think that they should improve their services in order to make sure their staffs, do not do mistakes like this otherwise they might lose customers. However, I will tell my friends , do not stay at this hotel unless they have improved their services.
