My kids love it

I stay at their villa for 3 nights, my kids love the jacuzzi type tub at our villa. Everyday they wake up wanted to go to the beach and come back from beach straight away jump into the tub for another hour..

Lovely sandy beach is just across the road..

The bed is not so cozy the aircondition is supercool which we love it..

I only have issue with how the staff treat and talk to me on the first day while we arrived. She ask me how many people ..i said 5.. oh we have to charge u extra bcoz u booked only for 3..

What???

She should first ask me how old are they with me..i bring 7 months old baby, 3 and 5 yo boy.

I booked villa. And they want to charge me more? I went to hotels all around the world they never ask extra charge like that. At least talk properly asking me first how many yo was my baby.

I just want to let the hotel know whe we have 3 kids, i couldnt state at the booking how many baby i have..bcoz what will appear is only agoda home..what i need is hotel.

One of the best in Phuket (Karon beach area)

Great place right across from the beach
Everything was fantastic, nice pools, a great onsite restaurant and delicous buffet breakfast. Location was great being right across from the beach, would definately stay again

Good place to stay in Karon Beach

Comfortable Hotel
