Could be better
This resort is stunning but loses a lot of points on key areas. The main problem is the cleaning staff who simply do not do a good enough job. I found their cleaning of the room to be nothing short of sloppy. There was visible blood spots on my bed sheet and one of the pillows that was not changed for at least 2 days. The toiletries were often not topped up and the floor was sticky for several days in a row. One day one of the cleaning staff left a filthy cleaning cloth on my clean clothes in my open suitcase which is simply not acceptable. It left my clothes damp and obviously unwearable since the cloth in question was extremely dirty. The flip side of this though, is the staff in the rest of the resort are outstanding. Notably the breakfast and restaurant staff were simply amazing. Several reviewers have said that the manager was visible and affable. I can quite honestly say we and anyone else we spoke to, did not see him, not even once. This has to be a first in such a high end reso
