The staff are polite toward the customers but not the Asia customers.
We stayed on 2 and 3 Nov. On 2 Nov The staff (a Lady) who open the door was very polite and greet us. But on 3 Nov the staff (2 men) who open the door for us not even look at us. Just because we are Asia? Same happened to cafe during breakfast time. Anyway will not stay here again for our next visit.

Good location with a value back
It is just 5 mins walk from the Chidlom BTS to the hotel. 7-11, super rich, restaurants and shopping centres around. Have a refreshments food in 15/F from 10am to 9pm ,free of charge. Quite nice to... อ่านต่อ

Cleanliness is the key
Looks a bit old at the carpet but all towels bed linings, toilet is all very clean. Breakfast is good also. Very legit!

Geat Great hotel
Love this hotel, Great location, great rooms, Great price, Use of lounge are for all rooms. Staff very helpful. Would recommend every time.
