stylish resort

The resort is in a gorgeous setting, in well cared for gardens. The rooms are spacious and well furnished. Our room overlooked a lily pond and was quiet and serene. However it is very much a family resort and the atmosphere around the pool and in the dining room reflects this. If you are after a quiet romantic break this might not be the place for you. Think footballs in the pool and noisy kids at breakfast and dinner in the restaurant. The staff are amazing. We were greeted cheerfully every day by every single one we met. They seem genuinely happy to be working there. Breakfast was very good with an amazing selection of juices and fruit every day as well as the usual fare. We ate at the BBQ twice, the fish was very poor but the composed salads and pasta were excellent.
