A little disappointed that the aircon broke down and it took 12 hrs before it was fixed as I have young children and having working air con is vital to them been comfortable in a hot humid climate. Also our group had to move rooms as they had over booked and the staff wanted to check us out as early as possible but didn't have a new room for us to go straight into, customer service around Khao lak I found a little lacking compared to other parts of south Thailand.

Good location close proximity to Khaolak centre. Ocean dangerous to swim. restaurant 2 star.

A good 3 stars resort with fantastic service

Great resort, friendly staff and two nice pools.
