Got food poisoning from lunch on arrival

have been a regular visitor to khao lak. first time and last at the khao lak resort. got food poisoning from lunch at the hotel on my first day. spent the next 24 hrs in the room with the staff calling and complaining the maid couldn't clean the room. was offered nothing in terms of apology or refund during my staff. however will definitely go back to khao lak. great place to visit.

Nice hotel, fine beach-restaurant, friendly staff.
